QIDI Plus5 price and release date: $749, Combo $899, Polar Cooler bundles $849 and $999 on QIDI's US store since the August 5, 2026 launch
QIDI launched the Plus5 on August 5, 2026 at a regular price of $749, and on October 17, 2026 QIDI's US store still sold it at $749, with the Plus5 Combo (printer plus one QIDI Box) at $899. Two bundles with QIDI's Polar Cooler add-on were listed at $849 (Plus5) and $999 (Plus5 Combo). The product page said orders ship from QIDI's US warehouse within 1-3 business days once processed.

QIDI Plus5 US prices on October 17, 2026
QIDI's US store (us.qidi3d.com) sells the Plus5 as one listing with two choices: Model (Plus5 or Plus5 Combo) and Option (Standard or Polar Cooler Bundle). That gives four versions. None of them showed a crossed-out comparison price on October 17. The store's product data lists what each version contains by part number: the printer, the printer plus a QIDI Box, and either of those plus the Polar Cooler.

The Combo costs $150 more than the printer alone. Bought on its own, the QIDI Box listed at $228 on the same store. Each Polar Cooler bundle costs $100 more than the matching version without it, and the Polar Cooler on its own listed at $199 as a pre-order (its "In Stock" option showed as sold out). The product page says the printer, the QIDI Box and the Polar Cooler in a bundle are shipped separately, and gives "Polar Cooler (Pre-Sale): Shipped within a month."

The Plus5 page FAQ says: "If your QIDI BOX is the MAX4 model, it can be used directly on the PLUS5." A Box bought for the Plus4 or Q2 needs the hub and signal cable listed above, according to the same FAQ.
Release date and price record
QIDI's press release, dated August 5, 2026 on GlobeNewswire, says QIDI "has globally launched" the Plus5 and that it was in stock at the official QIDI store. It states: "The regular retail price is $749", with a member discount during the launch period that brought the final price under $700. The US store's product data shows the Plus5 listing was published on August 5, 2026 (8:52 a.m. Eastern).

The printer and Combo prices have not changed since launch on the record above. The Polar Cooler bundle prices are $50 lower on October 17 than the figures 3dput reported for August 26. We did not find a QIDI announcement of that change.
Shipping in the US
- Plus5 product page (October 17, 2026): "Order will be shipped out from the US warehouse within 1-3 business days once it is processed."
- QIDI's Shipping & Delivery page: "QIDI Tech has local warehouses in the US for 3D printers." It lists printers and the QIDI Box as free shipping to the 48 contiguous states, with 3-10 business days in transit, and says accessories may ship from QIDI's main warehouse in China.
- QIDI's global store (qidi3d.com): sells the Plus5 with a "China" ship-from option at the same $749 and Combo $899.
QIDI Plus5 vs Plus4: official specs
QIDI calls the Plus5 the Plus4's successor. Its September 18, 2026 blog post says "QIDI has discontinued the Plus 4 and lists the Plus 5 as its direct successor" and that some regional stores may still have stock. On October 17, QIDI's US store still listed the Plus4 at $649 (with one spool of filament) and the Plus4 Combo at $799, both marked as available, with comparison prices of $799 and $949.

By the figures above, the Plus5's build volume is about 30.7 liters against about 26.0 liters for the Plus4, an increase of about 18%, which matches QIDI's own figure. QIDI's press release puts the chamber heater's 550 W at 37.5% more than the Plus4; the US store page says "38% Increased Heating Efficiency." The Plus5 page lists a hotend flow rate of 40 mm³/s, and its FAQ says high-speed PLA and ABS typically print around 30 mm³/s.
QIDI Plus5 vs Q2 and Max4
The Q2 is QIDI's smaller enclosed printer and the Max4 its larger one. Both are sold on the same US store and use the same Polar Cooler and QIDI Box add-ons as the Plus5.

On October 17, the Q2 Polar Cooler bundles showed comparison prices of $698 and $848, and the Max4 listings showed $1,149 and $1,299. The Plus5 listings showed none.

What we could not confirm
- The Plus5 Combo price on launch day from QIDI itself. QIDI's press release gives only the $749 printer price; the $899 Combo price at launch is reported by All3DP (August 6), and QIDI's own blog states $899 on September 18.
- When the Polar Cooler bundle prices changed from the $899 and $1,049 that 3dput reported for August 26 to $849 and $999. We found no QIDI notice about it.
- A QIDI-made riser or lid extension for the Plus5. The product list in QIDI's US store sitemap on October 17 had no such item; riser designs that appear in search are user-made print files, not QIDI products.
- The original press release page on GlobeNewswire, which we did not read; we used the newswire copy published by The Manila Times. 3dprinting.com's launch article returned an access error (HTTP 403), so we did not read it.
